Whistleblowing
Good partnership, a healthy working environment and business ethics are crucial to Ahlsell. Therefore Ahlsell has firm policies and provide training to employees on a regular basis in order to prevent irregularities. The foundation for how we act is our Code of Conduct, which also addresses our business partners.
Everyone working at Ahlsell has the responsibility to react when improprieties are suspected or uncovered. Employees should be confident to report any matter of genuine concern whiteout fear of negative consequences. The whistleblower system allows both employees and external stakeholders to anonymously report serious issues and violations of Ahlsell’s policies or legal requirements. All reports are taken seriously and will be investigated.
Reporting takes place in writing or verbally, as described below. When registering a new report, you must state the company-specific code to identify that the report relates to Ahlsell (and the applicable whistleblowing channel).
