7/15/2016 8:00 AM The acquisition of Prevex approved by the Swedish Competition Authorities

In June The Ahlsell Group entered into an agreement to acquire the specialized hardware store chain Prevex. The Swedish Competition Authorities has now approved the acquisition. Closing is expected to take place during August.
